摘要: This study aimed to evaluate the cytotoxicity effects of various polyethylene glycols (PEGs), and construction characterization polybutylcyanoacrylate (PBCA) nanoparticles. Cytotoxicity was determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay on rat glioma C6 cell line, PBCA nanoparticles were prepared emulsion polymerization method. Also, characterized dynamic light scattering scanning electron microscopy. The findings showed that PEGs approximately safe inversely proportional with their molecular weights. In addition, size increased reducing weights PEGs. negligible stabilizing functionality demonstrated in this study.
