摘要: Numerous studies investigated the phenomenon of implicit verb causality (cf. Rudolph & Forsterling, 1997). This research revealed robust finding that different types interpersonal verbs lead to systematic causal attributions one interacting persons. However, few addressed interaction between and context variables. The present cross-cultural study investigates gender roles in action state comparing two samples from Germany China. Results show German sample perceived actions be caused by men whereas states were causally attributed women. our Chinese women rather equally accountable.
