摘要: Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors pain and management after transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: Participants were 99 inpatients HCC who underwent TACE at C University Seoul from May October 2016. instruments used Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), Pain Management Index (PMI), modified Patient Outcome Questionnaire (American Society). data analyzed using SPSS 24.0, specifically descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression. Results: percentage experienced 66.7%. mean score immediately 4.43±2.36 highest on average 6.58±2.32. 5.24±5.67 hours TACE. Significant influencing extent embolization ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) score, which explained 26% variance pain. PMI scores revealed that 33.3% participants inadequately treated for Conclusion: In order properly manage TACE, medical staff need accurate understanding administer appropriate dosage analgesics. development protocol have undergone would help achieve these goals.
