摘要: Purpose: This study was to test the effects of positional change on low back pain, discomfort, and bleeding complications during period bed rest following transarterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods: The research design for this a non-equivalent control group quasi-experimental design. participants were 23 patients experimental group, group. received taking semi-Fowler's position 30-degree lateral alternatively after TACE 4 hours at one-hour intervals. maintained supine continuously TACE. Results: There statistically significant differences in pain discomfort between intervention. And no difference found complication two groups. Conclusion: results suggest that is an effective nursing intervention reduce without increasing risk
