摘要: Abstract We examined the effects of hypergravity on both synthesis and depolymerization processes xyloglucan metabolisms. Azuki bean cuttings were incubated with [6- 3 H]- l -fucose, levels molecular size synthesized xyloglucans investigated in upper growing regions epicotyls. The amounts radioactivity incorporated into fraction increased during incubation, irrespective gravity conditions. H-Xyloglucans eluted higher mass than already present cell wall. Hypergravity at 300 g did not influence newly deposited xyloglucans. Thus, process was modified by gravitational force. On other hand, H-xyloglucans obtained from epicotyls grown 1 g shifted to low incubation period, which inhibited hypergravity.
