摘要: Much of the sophisticated chemistry life is accomplished by multicomponent complexes, which act as molecular machines. Intrinsic to their accuracy and efficiency energy that supplied hydrolysis nucleoside triphosphates. Conditions deplete sources should therefore cause decay death. But studies on organisms are exposed prolonged stress indicate this fate could be circumvented through formation highly ordered intracellular assemblies. In these thermodynamically stable structures, vital components protected a physical sequestration independent consumption.
