摘要: GENERAL PREVENTIVE MEDICINE Liver transplant recipients are generally highly motivated individuals, compliant with medical follow-up and prescribed therapeutic drugs. Visits to the physician’s office every 2 3 months provide a good opportunity implement preventive medicine measures, including monitoring of arterial blood pressure, body weight, early evaluation new complaints. Regular determination complete count, electrolytes, creatinine, glucose, liver biochemical tests, immunosuppressive drug levels should be arranged so that results forwarded center. require immunization updates, management obesity, screening for malignancies, risk factors atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, counseling on risky behaviors appropriate use prophylactic antibiotics. The existence allograft therapy special considerations during implementation these general health measures.
