摘要: Abstract Compared to alcohols, urea is considered an interesting hydrogen and electrical energy source as it available in industrial municipal wastes. Ni&Mn nanoparticles-decorated carbon nanofibers are introduced effective stable electrocatalysts for oxidation. The decorated were synthesized by calcination of electrospun mats composed nickel acetate, manganese acetate poly(vinyl alcohol) argon atmosphere at 850 °C. utilized characterization techniques, XRD, TEM, FE SEM TEM-EDX analyses, confirmed formation discrete Ni, Mn NiMn nanoparticles absence any oxides. electrochemical measurements indicated that the have good electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation observed current density was 300 mAcm −2  g −1 with onset potential 290 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl). Moreover, results proved incorporation nanofibrous morphology distinctly enhance
