摘要: Recent advances in the understanding of role complement glomerular disease allow for more accurate assessment risk recurrence after transplantation, and inform development targeted treatment strategies to overcome specific defects alternate pathway system. These along with remaining knowledge deficits are reviewed relevance membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN) C3 glomerulopathy, a heterogenous group diseases high rate leading allograft failure. Recommendations establish an diagnosis therapeutic decision making transplant candidates histologic MPGN provided.
