On lupus, vitamin D and leukopenia

摘要: Introducao A regulacao imune esta entre os efeitos nao calcemicos da vitamina D. Assim, essa pode influenciar em doencas autoimunes, como o lupus eritematoso sistemico (LES). Objetivos Estudar a prevalencia deficiencia de D no LES e sua associacao com perfil clinico, sorologico tratamento, bem atividade doenca. Metodos Mensuraram‐se niveis sericos OH‐vitamina D3 153 pacientes 85 controles. Os dados sobre tratamento foram obtidos por meio revisao prontuarios.
