摘要: Adenosine triphosphatases (ATPases) have been implicated as the energy-transfer agents for transport of inorganic ions in animal and bacterial cells. Animal cells a (Na++K+)-ATPase on plasma membrane (Skou, 1965; Hokin Dahl, 1972), (Ca2+)-ATPase sarcoplasmic reticulum muscle (Martonosi, an ion translocating ATPase inner mitochondrial (Cereijo-Santalo, 1970). Bacterial (K+)-ATPase their (Abrams et al., 1972; Rothstein, 1972). The evidence is now convincing that each these ATPases functions energy transducer across membranes.
