摘要: The transfer of spleen cells from (C3H x C57Bl/6) F1 mice, capable responding to (T,G)-A--L, into irradiated C3H parental recipients, normally incapable transfers the ability make either a primary or secondary immune response this synthetic polypeptide antigen. This localizes genetic control respond cell population and indicates that is exerted upon process directly related antibody formation. Studies with congenic strains mice linkage studies in segregating backcross populations show (T,G)-A--L (H,G)-A--L linked H-2 locus can thus be localized IXth mouse group. Note Added Proof: Of three possible recombinant animals noted Tables IV V, two were infertile. third animal was not recombinant, since progeny testing reimmunization showed an H-22/H-2k heterozygote well (T,G)-A--L.
