摘要: Immunization of CBA and C57 mice with a branched, multichain synthetic polypeptide, poly (tyr,glu)-poly DL-ala--poly lys, ((T,G)-A--L), in Freund's complete adjuvant results tenfold or more difference the antigen-binding capacity sera from two strains, although they respond equally to bovine serum albumin. x F1, F1 CBA, reveals definite genetic control response (T,G)-A--L, which appears be due single major factor, perhaps one modifying factors. (H,G)-A--L, polypeptide histidine replaces tyrosine, gives opposite result, CBA's C57's do not. From this, it that (T,G)-A--L is specific for antigenic determinant. The implications these are discussed.
