摘要: Extensional fractures partly filled with calcite showing the characteristics of flowstone have been observed in andesite from Jarmuta Mt. The isotopic composition this indicates low-temperature crystallization conditions and its vadose origin. U-Th dating flowstone-like indicates ages ~2.5-6.5 ka. grew on a rough fresh surface, hence age may correspond to extensional fractures. Rhythmically distributed intergrowths clay minerals present may reflect annual climatic oscillations show that for at least 500 years. filling fractures, like cementing loosened cataclastic zones cutting andesite, does not any features indicating younger deformations. The origin geometric they could formed response increased strike-slip activity within deep fault zone known as Dunajec Fault, which coincide the fracture between Upper Silesian MaΠopolska blocks.
