摘要: Aptamers, as a novel class of molecular probes for diagnosis, imaging and targeting therapy, have attracted increasing attention in recent years. Aptamers are generated from libraries single-stranded nucleic acids against different molecules via the "systematic evolution ligands by exponential enrichment" (SELEX) method. SELEX is repetitive process sequential selection procedure which DNA or RNA library pool incubated separately with target control to select specific oligonucleotide aptamers high affinities specificities. Cell-SELEX modified version whole living cells used targets aptamers. Dendritic cell (DC) targeting, new therapeutic approach, can improve efficiency immunotherapy treatment allergies cancers. DCs use various receptors continuously induce adaptive immunity capture presentation antigens naive T cells. considered best modulating immune responses cancer, autoimmunity, allergy transplantation. agent, be applied DC targeting.
