摘要: In this study, a new type of mixed micelles was developed using Soluplus® (SOL) and Pluronic® P105 (P105) for the encapsulation Oridonin (ORN). Oridonin-loaded (ORN-M) were simply prepared solvent evaporation characterized particle size, morphology, efficiency, drug loading. addition, in vitro release behavior ORN-M assessed widely applied dialysis bag technique. The pharmacokinetic property ORN explored rats after oral administration ORN-M. Optimized small size (137.2±1.65nm) spherical shape when ratio SOL:P105 3:1, with entrapment efficiency 90.48±1.85% loading 15.08±0.38%. Oral absorption capacity greatly enhanced relative bioavailability 210.55% comparison to that in-house suspensions, which suggests shows significantly improved characteristics. Overall, optimized SOL-P105 dual show great potential use as carriers cancer treatment.
