摘要: Publisher Summary Papovaviruses simian virus 40 (SV40) and polyoma (PV) are the smallest DNA tumor viruses known. The constituents of proteins, cell coded, one double-stranded molecule. Mouse cells infected by conventional adsorption method or transfection nonpermissive for SV40. Semipermissive support SV40 PV gene expression with a low efficiency exhibiting mostly an abortive type response. Resistance to infection can be species-specific quality acquired during process differentiation, feature gained upon transformation. stimulates not only but also rRNA synthesis. purpose this chapter is emphasize applicability microinjection technique as tool study relationship between eukaryotic genes their functions, unravel phenotypic changes exerted purified products, investigate regulation replication transcription, get some deeper understanding integration malignant
