摘要: The genetic control of the low response BSVS mice to streptococcal Group A carbohydrate (GAC) was studied in crosses with responder A/J mice. F1 were responders. In backcross (BSVS × A/J)F1 mice, there equal numbers anti-GAC and nonresponder indicating by a small number major loci. responses showed no obligate linkage between status A/JH-2 orIgC H alleles. However, it observed that average titers higher heterozygous at these above data, lack low-responder F2 animals, segregation non-H-2-, non-IgC -linked locus first second indicate defect responsiveness involves three loci: one linked toH-2, another toIgC , third —tentatively namedIr-GAC- not IgC orHbb.
