摘要: Vesicles released by cells have been described using various names, including exosomes, microparticles, microvesicles and ectosomes. Here we propose to differentiate clearly between ectosomes exosomes according their formation release. Whereas are formed in multi-vesicular bodies, vesicles budding directly from the cell surface. Depending upon proteins expressed, activate or inhibit immune system. One of major properties antigen-presenting is induce antigen-specific T activation. Thus, they used for tumour immunotherapy. By contrast, characteristics cells, polymorphonuclear leucocytes erythrocytes, expression phosphatidylserine anti-inflammatory/immunosuppressive activities similarly apoptotic cells.
