摘要: Abstract The purpose of the investigation was to study effects inactivity periods 1, 4, 6, and 8 weeks on retention recently acquired levels muscular strength in ipsilateral contralateral arms. aubject8 (80 experimental 20 control) were right-handed mole volunteers, 18 22 yr. subjects participated three times weekly a 6-week high-intensity, low-repetition conditioning programme. Following training, trained randomly divided into four groups stopped training for 1,4, or weeks. Upon completion periods, test administered both data analysis revealed that all enhanced their isometric significantly arms during conditioning, thus demonstrating phenomenon cross-transfer strength. No significant differences found control group. It also retained si...
