摘要: Abstract Pitx2 , a homeodomain transcription factor, is essential for normal development of pituitary, eyes, heart, and teeth. In the developing mouse brain, ( Rieg Ptx2 Otlx2 Brx1 ) mRNA expressed in discrete regions diencephalon, mesencephalon, rhombencephalon. While prior reports have provided an overview temporal regional specificity expression precise cell types that express PITX2 are not known. this study, we analyzed protein individual cells e10.5–e14.5 CNS using multiple markers cellular proliferation differentiation. We identified nestin-positive neural progenitors postmitotic, neurons. neurons zona limitans intrathalamica mammillary region γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)-producing incerta. PITX2-labeled nuclei also appear differentiated neurons, some which GABAergic destined to occupy superior colliculus. Our results suggest postmitotic may contribute other neuronal phenotypes.
