摘要: Lung cancer is a worldwide health problem and leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Silencing potential tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) by aberrant promoter methylation an early event in the initiation development cancer. Thus, methylated type-specific TSGs DNA can serve as useful biomarkers for detection. We have now developed “Multiplex Methylation Specific PCR” (MMSP) assay analysis status multiple single PCR reaction.
