摘要: The presence of a great amount information is typical bureaucratic processes, like the ones pertaining to public and private administrations. Such often recorded on paper or in different digital formats its management very expensive, both terms space used for storing documents time spent searching interest. Furthermore, manual these absolutely not error-free. To efficiently access contained large document repositories, such as administration archives, techniques syntactic semantic are required, so ensure intense process dematerialization, eliminate, at least reduce, quantity documents. In this work we present novel RDF model improving dematerialization effectiveness, that constitutes starting point an system able manage documental streams most efficient way. takes into account important need required several E-Government applications which, depending authorities final users time, provides representations same multimedia contents.
