摘要: Abstract The mitotic activity of the subependymal plate rats following exposure to doses radiation from 200–4000 rads has been studied over 1 year. Good recovery in cell population and numbers occurs month after 200 rad, 3 months 800 6 9 2000 rad. After 4000 rad severe depopulation cells which animals fail recover. Animals die last dose delayed radiation-induced white matter lesions. Certain aspects cellular basis necrosis are discussed it is concluded that inter-related but not interdependent.
