摘要: Abstract An isoeffect curve for X ray induced brain damage in the rat has been obtained by comparing effects of fractionation dose into 8,15 or 30 equal fractions given same overall treatment time 6 weeks. The slope isoetfect is 0.37. This data on compared with other published radiation to spinal cord and a composite central nervous system (CNS) shown. From this we suggest modified formula CNS that agreement suggested van der Kogel 7 cord, more compatible present clinical experience than normal Ellis formula.
