摘要: Water extractable crude polysaccharides from three sweet cherry varieties, raspberries, and ginseng berry pulp were evaluated for their chemical composition, structural features, molecular weight, bioactive properties. The yields of the isolated cherries, ranged 0.79 to 0.18% on a dry weight fruit basis. All contained protein, phenolic compounds, uronic acid. Each polysaccharide sugar monomers: rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, galactose, glucose. Of water obtained mature fruits, raspberries had highest while smallest weight.
