摘要: This invention relates to the use of tumor-derived or associated extracellular ribonucleic acid (RNA) found circulating in plasma serum fraction blood for detection, monitoring, evaluation cancer premalignant conditions. Any intracellular can additionally be detected by this invention. Specifically, enables extraction from and utilizes nucleic amplification assays identification, inference, any neoplasm, benign, premalignant, malignant, humans other animals, which might that RNA. Further, allows qualitative quantitative detection animals without prior knowledge presence tissue.
