摘要: A method of detecting a tumor marker for the diagnosis large bowel cancer and adenomatous polyposis coli comprising steps a) collecting freezing feces, b) homogenizing frozen feces in presence an RNAase inhibitor preparing suspension, c) extracting RNA from obtained sample which is extracted, d) obtaining cDNA by reverse transcribing extracted RNA, e) amplifying cDNA, f) amplified characterized that one or more markers selected group consisting COX-2, SNAIL MMP-7 (with proviso case where only COX-2 excluded).
