摘要: Several monoclonal antibodies to bovine enamel proteins were produced using the mouse myeloma system. Each antibody recognized same two protein bands on gel electrophoresis. The clones tested in situ and clone 185 localized specifically layer. Clones 121 shown recognize different antigenic determinants.
