摘要: For the utilization of polysaccharides from Pinus pinaster bark, both untreated and NaOH-treated samples were delignified to different stages using NaClO2 submitted enzymatic hydrolysis with Trichoderma reesei cellulase Aspergillus niger beta-glucosidase. In best conditions, treated 1% NaOH for 15 min 7 hours conversion into sugars accounts 75% potential yield, glucose obtained amounts 87% theoretical value.
