摘要: Abstract Eucalyptus globulus wood samples were subjected to fractionation at 110°C using acetic acid solutions with small quantities of HCl as catalyst. The effects time (in range 5–6 h), concentration (70–95%) and catalyst (0-0.2%) on yield composition delignified evaluated. A second-order incomplete factorial design was used develop mathematical models capable providing quantitative predictions, which confirmed by further experimentation. extreme values predicted for the dependent variables were: yield, 92-46%; lignin content, 24-6%; polysaccharide 87-56%; glucan/polysaccharides ratio, 0·97-0·78. content mainly influenced concentration. depended both concentrations. ratio increased when concentrations or increased. duration treatments not a significant variable in tested. 86% delignification 30% polysaccharides dissolved if treated liquor containing 95% 0·2% HCl.
