摘要: Glucose production from pretreated larch by cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis with cellulase was investigated and compared no pretreatment, as a reference. The microwave, sulfuric acid dilute sodium hydroxide solution respectively. material also submitted to pretreatment followed microwave separately. experiments were carried out at 50℃, 50 g/l dry matter (DM) solid substrate concentration 15 filter paper unit (IU)/g DM of commercial cellulase. Fermentable sugar able be produced all the larches an overall yield 10-30% maximum theoretical yield, based on glucan available in liquid substrate. had best 30% 18% IU/g main product ratio 11.74%in larch, while 23.44%in under conditions. These advantages, along its negative price, make this valuable raw for L-lactic production.
