摘要: Abstract In this study, a new model of how commitment affects green behaviors was developed, tested, and compared with 5 models the theory planned (TPB) to verify key influential factors restaurant employees’ behaviors. Final questionnaires were distributed 551 employees through cluster sampling, 425 valid samples received. AMOS 18.0 used conduct 2-stage structural equation modeling analysis achieve research purposes. According data analysis, strongest beyond TPB extended explain for development food environment sustainability.
