Methods for dose finding studies in cancer clinical trials: a review and results of a Monte Carlo study.

摘要: We discuss some of the statistical approaches to design and analysis phase I clinical trials in cancer. An attempt is made identify issues, particular this type trial, that should be addressed by an appropriate methodology. A brief review schemes currently use provided together with our views extent which any scheme addresses main issues. Some simulations are graphical illustration operating characteristics methods. It appears continual reassessment method preferable other contending schemes.
