摘要: Abstract Honeybees and bee products are potential bioindicators of the presence contaminants in environment, enabling monitoring large areas due to long distances travelled by bees. This work evaluates use pollen as a bioindicator environmental contamination pesticides. A GC-MS/MS analytical method for multiresidue determination 26 different pesticides was developed validated accordance with recommendations European Union SANCO guide. Environmental conducted using analysis 145 samples collected from ten beehives experimental apiary Embrapa Jaguariuna (Sao Paulo State, Brazil). Bioallethrin pendimethalin were identified four eighteen samples, respectively, at concentrations below LOQ (25 ng g −1 ). Passive sampling polyurethane foam discs used control, no found. The detection pesticide residues seven (33%) commercial apiaries Ribeirao Preto State) confirmed efficiency need residues. results demonstrated
