摘要: The patho-physiologic process of restenosis and tissue growth may not be completely eliminated is the primary concern clinicians performing angioplasty stent implantation procedures. Recent evidence suggests that influenced by several factors: (1) geometry size vessel; (2) design; (3) it's location alter hemodynamic parameters, including local wall shear stress (WSS) distributions. present three-dimensional (3D) analysis pulsatile flow in a deployed coronary stent: shows complex 3D variation parameters; quantifies changes WSS distributions for developed compares with recently published data developing flow. Higher order magnitude 290 dyn/cm(2) observed on surface cross-link intersections at entrance flow, which about half Low 0.8 negative -8 are seen immediate upstream downstream regions strut intersections. Persistent recirculation region each low lead to conditions near stented region. key finding this study artery determines or nature turn, results varied level WSS.
