摘要: We analysed the inter-relationships of cause and type trauma, presence pelvic fracture, associated intraabdominal organ injuries, and morbidity mortality rates in 154 patients presenting being treated for UGT between 1983 1997.The injury was blunt 77% cases penetrating 13%. The most frequently injured organs were kidney followed by urethra bladder. Bowels, liver spleen organs. Moreover, bladder injuries strongly with bowel (p < 0.0001). Hemodynamically normal 49 children minor or major managed conservatively. non-stable 11 explored. The majority urogenital can be conservatively evenwhen injuries. Solid genitourinary may accompany more to intraperitoneal solidorgan injury. Whereas, non-solid hollow viscus.
