摘要: Municipal sewage sludge has proven to eliminate alkali metals and chlorine related problems during combustion of straw refuse derived fuels (RDF). However, the mechanisms involved have not been clarified. The aim this work was gain more knowledge about behaviour detergent zeolites in their effects on metal chemistry. Co-combustion tests with combinations municipal sludge, wood were carried out a 12 MW fluidised bed (FB) boiler. In addition, zeolite, Doucil A24, used as additive co-combustion straw. chemical characteristics fly ashes studied using several methods, such fractionation scanning electron microscopy element analysis by energy dispersive fluorescence detection (SEM-EDX) X-ray diffraction (XRD). In involving no KCl found flue gas prior convection pass. zeolite addition less effective but concentration reduced some degree favour HCl compared reference case. Both SEM-EDX XRD confirmed presence potassium-aluminium-silicates ash fraction all cases. laboratory study showed that A24 had ability capture potassium at temperatures range 700-900°C.
