摘要: Objective: This paper presents a methodology for piecing together disparate data sources to obtain comprehensive model the use of mammography screening in US population years 1975 – 2000. Methods: Two aspects usage, age that woman receives her first and interval between subsequent mammograms, are modeled separately. The initial dissemination is based on cross-sectional self report from national surveys length exams fit using longitudinal registry data. Results: two usage combined simulate histories individual women representative population. Simulated patterns 1994 2000 were found be similar observed state level Vermont.
