摘要: Rhombohedral Pb(Zr0.70Ti0.30)O-3 thin films of four different well-defined textures, namely, (100), (111), bimodal (110)/(111), and (100)/(111), were prepared by a sol-gel method. The characterized in terms grain size, presence second phases, surface roughness, columnarity grains, other microstructural features. dielectric, ferroelectric, fatigue properties investigated, with emphasis on the hysteresis switching characteristics. Results are discussed from reference point allowable spontaneous polarization directions available for textures. values coercive held, remanent saturation polarization, slope loop at saturating fields can be qualitatively explained based texture, independent differences. occurrence pyrochlore, however, is observed to affect functionality curves, particularly samples texture. Shearing curves also attributed nonswitching 71 degrees or 109 domains (111) (110)/(111) textured hypothesized comparison data (100) film. Corrected agree rhombohedral PZT single crystals published calculated Values ceramics. characteristics show increases component range 10(3)-10(7) bipolar cycles, sample. Onset all between 10(7) 10(8) cycles.
