摘要: Abstract Techniques are described for the culture of larvae Palaemon serratus Pennant to post-larval stage on a diet Artemia salina L. from Great Salt lakes, Utah. Previous attempts rear certain marine Crustacea and fish this have failed, although stocks A. salt pans near San Francisco usually satisfactory food. The value Utah variety species is reviewed. addition alga Isochrysis galbana Parke cultures nauplii allowed complete development stage. fed with before they were given also satisfactory, but newly-hatched as well that had been starved 24 h not. It shown can be reared approximately first 12 days life no adverse effects, provided then changed or small, partially-grown . eggs analysed presence pesticides, heavy metals, carotenoids, sterols, fatty acids. Some differences found none them could confidently labelled cause poor food nauplii.
