摘要: The stable silver nanotriangle (AgNT) sol was prepared by reduction of ions with sodium borohydride in the presence H2O2 and citrate. Under action NaCl, AgNTs were aggregated to a highly surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) active substrate. In pH 6.0 Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer solution (PBS) at 80 °C water bath, ninhydrin reacted amino acids form blue-violet complex Ruhemann’s purple (RP), RP molecules adsorbed on AgNT surfaces that exhibited strong SERS peak 657 cm−1. linear acid concentration range 0.7–99.8 μmol/L, detection limit (DL) 0.5 μmol/L. This method applied detect samples, satisfactory results. addition, analytical system also investigated resonance Rayleigh (RRS), absorption, electron microscope techniques.
