摘要: Abstract In this work, 0.08 mmol L−1 of phthalic acid was introduced as a mobile phase additive to quantify free amino acids (AAs) by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS). The addition significantly increased the signal intensity protonated AA ions, resulting from decrease relative abundance sodium adducts. Meanwhile, chromatographic peak shapes AAs were optimized. As consequence, there noticeable increase in sensitivity detection for AAs. limits (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) ranged 0.0500 20.0 ng mL−1 0.100 50.0 ng mL−1, respectively, which 4–50 times lower compared values measured without acid. enhanced separation obtained merely adding changing other conditions. Eventually, simple method validated successfully applied analysis twenty-four kinds human thyroid carcinoma para-carcinoma tissues, demonstrating significant most tissues (p
