摘要: Abstract This article presents a brief review of literature on the physical chemistry lipid phase transitions with emphasis their kinetic properties. The theoretical foundations perturbation techniques, and specifically volume-perturbation technique are discussed in some detail. These presented as rationale for, introduction to, volume-pertubation calorimeter that we have constructed for measurement kinetics transitions. instrument has been applied to study gel-liquid crystalline transition variety phospholipid bilayer systems. design implementation along discussion techniques data analysis.
