摘要: Abstract Pressure-jump experiments were performed on vesicles and liposomes of dimyristoyl phosphatidylcholine dipalmitoyl following the time course solution turbidity. For both lipids two relaxation effects evaluated constants which exhibit clear maxima at midpoint phase transition. The lie for in 100 μs 1 ms ranges 10 ranges. processes are slightly faster than phosphatidylcholine. All times concentration-independent. constant amplitude behaviours indicate that all cooperative agreement with previous interpretations. It is demonstrated units can be from amplitudes. These same order magnitude as those obtained static experiments. On grounds present kinetic investigation we state application linear Ising model to two-dimensional attempted lipid transition inadequate.
