摘要: X-linked genes can evolve slower or faster depending on whether most recessive, at least partially recessive alleles are deleterious beneficial due to their hemizygous expression in males. Molecular studies of X chromosome divergence have provided conflicting evidence for both a higher and lower rate nucleotide substitution synonymous nonsynonymous sites, the sites sampled. Using human mouse orthologous genes, we tested hypothesis that encoding male-specific sperm proteins evolving compared with autosomes. an average mutation almost twice as high found autosomes, unlike other tissue-specific where no significant difference between autosomes was found. However, versus autosomal proteins, which along corresponding values K /K s suggest differences selective forces not rates underlying cause mammalian protein divergence.
