摘要: Neuropathic pain (NP) is a substantial clinical problem causing great injury to people word-widely. Although gene expression analyses had been performed previously, the mechanisms underlying etiology and development of NP are still poorly understood. To understand function genes involved in NP, we built co-expression modules enrichment analysis for neuropathic pain. In present study, from public microarray data set (GSE69901) NCBI, were contributed with help WGCNA 12 samples 13 control samples, respectively. And functional followed by DAVID database. Firstly, established 21 19 out 5,000 high-express Then, it showed difference interaction relationships total hub-genes between pairwise modules, which indicated high confidence modules. Finally, top five exhibited differences significant transcription regulation RNA polymerase II promoter ubiquitin mediated proteolysis pathway. ubiquitin-mediated pathway played important role NP. Anyhow, our findings provided framework furthered understanding these aspect. J. Cell. Biochem. 118: 4436–4443, 2017. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
