摘要: Objective: Genetic factors play an important role in osteosarcoma (OS) etiology and fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) gene single polymorphisms may be involved. The aim of this study was to test whether FGF2 variants are associated with susceptibility OS a Chinese population. Methods: A total 151 subjects who were diagnosed as 225 healthy age-matched controls enrolled the present study. Thers11737764 C/T SNP genotyped all subjects. SPSS software used investigate association between rs11737764 genotypes or severity. Results: genotype frequencies polymorphism 44.4% (CC), 50.3% (CT) 5.3% (TT) patients, 55.6% 43.1% 1.3% controls. Rs11737764 found significantly increased risk no matter what genetic model used. Conclusion: In conclusion, our data demonstrated Han Population.
