摘要: Introduction: Preanalytical errors, along the process from beginning of test requests to admissions specimens laboratory, cause rejection samples. The aim this study was better explain reasons rejected samples, regarding their rates in certain groups our laboratory. Materials and methods: This preliminary designed on samples one-year period, based types inappropriateness. Test blood clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, glycated hemoglobin, coagulation erythrocyte sedimentation rate units were evaluated. Types inappropriateness evaluated as follows: improperly labelled hemolysed, clotted specimen, insufficient volume specimen total request errors. Results: A 5,183,582 1,035,743 collection tubes considered. 0.65 %. group significantly higher (2.28%) than other (P < 0.001) including error 1.38%. Rejection hemolysis, sample found be 8%, 24% 34%, respecti vely. Total particularly, for unintelligible 32% inpatients. Conclusions: errors especially attributable inappropriate requests, inpatients drawing due a group. Further studies should performed after corrective preventive actions detect possible decrease rejecting
