摘要: A glucose oxidase (GOD)-attached polyion complex membrane containing peroxidase (POD) and ferrocene was prepared by two steps on a glassy carbon electrode. First, POD prepared: poly-L-lysine solution, dispersion poly(styrenesulfonate) solution were successively dropped an electrode, the electrode allowed to dry. Then GOD attached use of glutaraldehyde: glutaraldehyde solutions membrane, dried. Current response for enzyme measured at potential −0.2 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The 100 % time ca. 20 s. current proportional concentration up 0.1 mM. lower detection limit 1 µM (signal-to-noise ratio, S/N=5). used measurements in beverages. results obtained agreed well with those Boehringer F-kit method. would be useful as biosensor
